the room was spacious with good bathroom facilities (i loved the toiletries!). it was nice to have a coffee pod machine in the room. i found the streaming tv a great addition after a long day.
i found that the room was noisy at night. this was because the hotel is right on the high street and the windows are single glazed. i hope they can fix it!

The room was spacious and very clean. the location was superb. Everything was so close. i enjoyed the meal in the restaurant downstairs.
the windows did not close properly, and i could hear noise from the main street. the bed was small. there was no water boiler, just a coffeemaker , made lukewarm water with a coffee taste.

The staff was attentive. The hotel checked me in efficiently. The restaurant downstairs was also convenient. The room had great decor and was super clean. I will definitely book again. I had a fantastic time.
The curtains and blinds were poor, not keeping out the light well. The windows did not shut properly. They were bad at keeping out street noise. I got awakened by the light and noise around 6:00am.

The staff were very helpful and attentive. The manager was friendly. They handled issues quickly and with smiles. The team offered assistance from arrival to departure, proving to be polite and attentive.

The restaurant downstairs provides great food. The hotel features an excellent Japanese restaurant. It has a bistro Tokyoïte style, tapas are available. The restaurant environment seemed great, though i did not eat there this time.

The location is superb near the town center. The hotel is right outside the front door. Everything i needed was close. the hotel provides a unique experience walking through dining to get to rooms.

The room decor suited me. The room included a coffee machine, which i needed. The shower was quite modern and clean, i liked it. The bed offered great comfort, helping me relax after a long day.
The soundproofing could be improved. I experienced noise, it affected my sleep a bit.
